Refund policy

At Laurent Jean, we want you to love what you ordered. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you received your order to request a return. After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached
- The item must not be marked as final sale
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
- Underwear, swimwear, and other intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)
- Final sale or discounted items (clearly marked at time of purchase)
3. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at:
Include in your email:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for your return
- A photo of the item (if damaged or incorrect)
We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
4. Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping method. Laurent Jean is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved:
- Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or color, please return your item and place a new order.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@laurentjean.com with a photo. We will resolve the issue at no cost to you.
