All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

4. Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all orders, worldwide. No minimum order required. The price you see is the price you pay — no surprise fees at checkout.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package through our website or the carrier's tracking page.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
6. Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
Laurent Jean is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
7. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please:

- Contact your local post office or customs office

We will do our best to investigate and resolve the issue with the carrier.
8. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Laurent Jean is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@laurentjean.com — we can only make changes before the order is dispatched.
